 Voice Direction & QA

I’m Hearing Voices Again!

With multiple types of voice projects being directed through Bailey and Associates, from eLearning, gaming, banner ads, narration, and commercial spots, it takes great vision, a good ear, keen perception, immaculate attention to detail, patience, and the ability to effectively work with both voice artist and client to produce state of the art results.

Here at Bailey, we strive to deliver absolute perfection while having fun along the way! Please meet the Bailey staff, Elizabeth and Conrad who have been instrumental in launching our voice division as we’ve expanded these last few years.

Elizabeth Vander Esch is a Voice Editor & QA Manager with Bailey & Associates

Elizabeth Vander Esch - Voice Editor and QA ManagerElizabeth’s love of and fascination with language, along with her drive to provide excellent service, is a perfect addition to the Bailey & Associates team.

Elizabeth has a degree in English from San Jose State University, which is also where she studied and received her Secondary Teaching Credential with an emphasis in English.  She has an extensive background in theater and over 20 years of public speaking experience.  When not wearing her work headphones, Elizabeth can be found running trails, lifting weights, or cheering for her sons’ many, many sporting events.  When she stops moving long enough, though, she will more often than not have a book in her hands.
