Susan Ogilvie-Bailey 

Susan Ogilvie-Bailey is the founder of Bailey & Associates. She established her firm to focus on custom solutions for her clients using a blended-learning approach while keeping current with industry changes.

Susan has over 20 years of business development and operational experience with a wide variety of clientele in the United States and Europe.  Her boutique, Bay area firm represents an elite group of consultants and partners who address rapidly emerging technologies, leadership initiatives, and sales strategies.

Bailey and Associates also has two well established sub divisions; Information Development/Tech Writing and Voice-artist solutions as described within the ‘Services and Solutions’ link.  Susan is directly involved with aligning strategic partnerships, business development, writing, editing, and team building with her staff.

Additionally, Susan has opened a Satellite office in Colorado Springs and works with clients in the Greater Denver area.

Susan studied at the University of Iowa and San Jose State, where she majored in Communications and minored in Business. She enjoys scuba diving, hiking, traveling abroad, entertaining, gourmet cooking and raising her animals. She spends the majority of her time in her San Jose office with intermittent trips to her Satellite office in Colorado.
